About Us

The Camp was established in 1974 when RVs were much smaller than they are now. In order to make room for larger vehicles the number of campsites has been reduced. This resulted in many of the sites having enough room for a tent or an extra car too.

Sites are gravel or grass, there is no pavement in the camp. We encourage the natural forest flora to grow as much as possible, however the campsites and roads are kept clear of tree branches etc.

RV sites have a picnic table and firepit. Level pull thru RV sites with 30/50 Amp and water, use of the Dump station and Bathhouse included.

Onsite holding tank emptying (Honey-wagon service) is available for a fee. Honey-wagon is included twice a week for stay of a week or longer.

Shady tent sites for small or large groups. Tent sites have a picnic table, firepit and water spigot. Bathhouse use is included.

There are two Bathhouses, front one has a men's and a women's side, a laundry room and a dishwashing station. The back one has private Bathrooms anyone can use and another laundry room.

Ice and firewood are for sale on the office porch. The camp store has not been reopened since covid19.

There is one dry cabin, it has 2 "full" size beds, a refrigerator and ceiling fan.

Open May 1st thru October 15th weather permitting.

Customers can self-register when the office is closed. Late arrivals are ok.

Check-out is 11am. Check-in is any time after noon, or earlier if the site is already vacant.
